NSUN’s Emma Ormerod has met members of the Arena peer support discussion group in Oxford.
The group bring together people with a variety of life experiences who are learning from each other and working out how to live life alongside mental health issues and regain a sense of hope and direction.
If you would like to join the group e-mail John.Robinson@response.org.uk. Emma then entered Wonderland and joined over 40 other people at Alice’s Mad Hatter Tea Party for music, singing, poetry and of course, afternoon tea and cake.
The tea parties take place each month and you can be sure to meet lots of other interesting guests and receive a warm welcome!
