Rachel is a freelance project manager and administrator with a specialism in HR. She mainly works in the performing arts where she has a very keen interest in promoting mental health and wellbeing, having previously trained as a mental health first aider. She has a BA in Arts Management and is an Associate member of the CIPD. She has been supporting NSUN since May 2021, initially reviewing, updating and creating new organisation and HR policies. She is delighted to continue working with them to offer governance support to the Board of Trustees.
