Aqsa has been working across mental health and equality for over four years, in roles at Mind and the Black Equity Organisation. She is a working group member of the Racial Equity Index, a global collective seeking to challenge racism and embed racial equity across the international development sector. Aqsa is also an advisory board member for Action for Trustee Racial Diversity, an organisation seeking to improve and sustain racial diversity across charity boards.
