Amy Wells

Amy (she/her) joined NSUN in 2020. She is the Communications Manager, leading on NSUN’s communications strategy and overseeing digital communications, including our bulletin, website, social media, publications, and events. 

Amy has a degree in Zoology and is based in Leeds. She has a background in student mental health, being elected as the Welfare Officer on Leeds University Union’s Student Executive team for 2018/19 and spending two years on the Advisory Committee for Student Minds. She is now part of the Welfare Team at the Nightline Association, and is a Research Assistant on a SMaRteN-funded project called “Academic (Unbelonging) and the Neoliberal University”, a comparative institutional case study of postgraduate research students’ experiences at two English universities.
