As you will know, NSUN has sent a strong letter of concern to the Review Chair and Vice Chairs about the approach being taken to the Mental Health Act Review.
The letter was co-signed by over 120 user-led organisations, individuals with lived experience, carers and allies. Following this, we were invited to a meeting on 13 July with the Chair and Vice Chairs.
However, responses to the letter from the Chair and Vice Chairs unfortunately fell well short of what we might have hoped.
