Bristol Survivors NetworkA group of people who have used mental health services and/or had drugs prescribed for emotional or mental distress. The group is unfunded and meets once a month to exchange information on what is going on in mental health, to support members in attending meetings, training, and campaigning for better mental health services. It also runs a day time social meeting once a month in different venues around Bristol. |

Cultural CommunicationsCultural Communications is a project to build the capacity of a forum of around 10 mental health service users and carers from ethnic minority communities. Through these 10 members, it seeks to convey and feed back information between communities, commissioners and healthcare providers. It is housed in the larger organisation The Two Way Street, which has women-only and BME drop-ins and runs trainings on racial equality and diversity awareness. |

Run and managed on a day to day basis by professional individuals with a desire to improve mental health services for all in the Bristol area with the focus on the Black and African Caribbean community. |

Dorset Mental Health Forum
The Dorset Mental Health Forum is an independent charity established in 1992. We directly employ service users and people with mental health problems. We provide information and signposting for mental health service users and their carers, as well as for other interested parties such as members of the general public and the statutory services. Practical advice is offered through our own dedicated Advocacy Service which also has a statutory responsiblity to provide Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) across Dorset. |

Wiltshire and Swindon Users' NetworkWe have a central office in Semington and a local office at Swindon, and contact with over 900 users and groups in all parts of Wiltshire. We are funded through service agreements with Swindon Social Services Department, the Wiltshire Authority and Wiltshire Social Services Department, together with joint finance for specific pieces of work. |

Speak Up Somerset is a non-profit organisation formed in 1998, run by people directly affected by mental distress. We provide support to each, run training courses, promote recovery and campaign on mental health issues. It is based in Somerset in the South West region of the United Kingdom. |

SISH GroupThe Self Injury Self Help (SISH) group is a facilitated support group for women only (age 16+) for whom self injury is a personal issue. It is an open group so women can join at any time. |
