We are a new, small organisation, yet we have already accomplished a great deal, and with your support we can achieve even more. Our ethos is to provide an environment in which people whose lives have been affected by mental health issues can share skills, regain confidence and support each other to rebuild lives. We currently run a highly successful project delivering a range of sporting, art and leisure activities. These help rebuild confidence, overcome personal barriers and re-establish positive connections with the wider world. We are therefore reducing health inequalities and promoting the independence of vulnerable people, delivering real value, both to our members and the wider community.
